Dan has been a Baltimore City resident for ten years. He bought his first property in Canton at the age of 22 and has been passionate about real estate ever since.

Prior to Velocity, Dan was a Vice President at Allfirst Bank, where he negotiated multi-million dollar contracts with the bank's largest vendors. How many Realtors can say they have gone toe-to-toe with companies like Microsoft and Fujitsu in million-dollar acquisitions. Who better to have in your corner than someone like Dan.

Dan received his MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He joined Scott & Pete at Signature Properties in 2003, where he specializes in land development, zoning appeals, and subdivisions. Dan is currently overseeing the construction of 20 new townhouses in Canton, Federal Hill, Locust Point, and Hampden.

Dan was the #3 agent at Long & Foster Canton Office for Canton listings in 2004. Dan is also very familiar with the Anne Arundel and Montgomery County markets and is licensed in both Maryland and Washington, DC.

Pete Viti, CPA, is an avid investor in real estate and a licensed Realtor in good standing. Pete holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Maryland in Finance and Accounting, respectively. Prior to co-founding Signature Properties, a Baltimore City based residential development company that controls about $17 M in local real estate, Pete worked for Deloitte & Touche in Washington DC for four years. There he consulted and audited local real estate and government contracting companies with revenues of $10 M to $1B.

Brendan Maddigan - Full Time Agent
Brendan has been a hugely successful addition to the Velocity Real Estate Group. Brendan is a 2004 graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. While at MIT, he played NCAA Lacrosse while studying engineering and entrepreneurship. He very quickly is cornering the Baltimore real estate market. Brendan works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Anne Arundel County.

Brendan grew up in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. He is an avid sailor and (much to the embarrassment of the rest of Velocity) a huge Red Sox fan.

Rob Carfagno- Full Time Agent
Rob got his start in real estate by purchasing a distressed property in Baltimore City and rehabbing it, making it a nice first home for a grateful homeowner. Seeing the look on the new homeowner's face was all it took to help Rob know this was something he should focus more time on.

Rob decided to leave his profession as an accountant, one he had been in for eight years, to obtain his real estate license. His background as an accountant provides Rob the tools to analyze real estate deals quickly. He is able to help his clients by putting these resources to work for them.

Rob's new wife Angelina is supportive of his passion for real estate. They own a home in Dundalk and enjoy easy access to Baltimore City.
